"My husband Joe recently acquired multiple policies with this State Farm agency in Jan of 2026 and it took me all of just a mere 3 months or so to “test them out and see how good they were”is how I like to put it! My husband will disagree! Unfortunately, I did have an accident and Alan was the agent that handled my claim. Alan deserves a raise and/or bonus for dealing with me and the claims department along with Enterprise Rental. He was amazing, always calm and collected, reassuring, patient and extremely thorough. It was not a straightforward claim and Alan always followed through, made sure my multiple rental contracts were approved so i wasn’t without a car and happily answered my multiple questions. He really did go above and beyond any other insurance agent I have ever dealt with. I also spoke with Angie I believe and another woman who I’m so sorry I forgot their name but also both so pleasant and willing to help. You have a WONDERFUL TEAM!
