"I changed my State Farm agent a few months ago because my previous one and his team would take a while to respond and when they finally did get back to me via voicemail they wanted me to call them back even though I stated previously email was preferred which was frustrating. It felt like they didn’t care to assist a customer when I just had basic questions regarding my policy and/or wanted to make a policy change. I’ve only interacted with Eddy’s team/Zarina a few times now over email so far and they are above all efficient, thorough, friendly and resolve/answer my issues without having to play phone tag. Eddy and his team offer exceptional customer service within State Farm. This office is a great example of how a State Farm team should run and I’m glad I changed my agent."

I don’t know if it was always owned by Audi or if you bought it from a previous owner but regardless Eddie and his wife Erin are the best darn agents you could ask for I typically really like Erin because she is nice and kind and has like a really pleasant personality and she remembers you from called to call even if it’s like a couple months or years in between chat. she like kind of remembers you and your essence. This is what small local businesses are supposed to be like."
